To register online, please follow the prompts on the link below. Online registrations can be paid by a secure online credit card processor, or you may request an invoice to be emailed to you.
Changes to your registration details can be made online until Friday 27 September 2013. Thereafter any changes to your registration must be put in writing and sent to firstname.lastname@example.org.Please see below for details of the registration fees. To maintain your registered Conference rate, you are required to pay within 7 days of registering; please keep this in mind if you require prior authorisation for payment.

Credit Card: MasterCard and Visa only. Payments will appear on your statement as ‘International Conferences and Events (ICE) Aust.’
All accounts must be paid in full prior to the Conference. Delegates with outstanding amounts at the time of the Conference will be required to settle their account upon collecting their registration pack, or provide a credit card guarantee for payment to be made within 14 days post Conference.

CANCELLATIONS AND AMENDMENTS

Early Bird Registrations: If full payment is not received by midnight onWednesday 31 July 2013, all unpaid early bird registrations will be automatically changed to the standard registration fee.
Student Registrations: Proof of student rate entitlement must be received within 1 week of submitting your registration. After this time the student rate will automatically be changed to the appropriate standard rate.
Cancellations received up to and including Friday 13 September 2013 will receive a full refund, less AUD $150.00 administration fee payable upon cancellation.
Registration cancellations received between Saturday 14 September 2013 andFriday 27 September 2013 will receive a 50% refund.
No refunds will be given for registration cancellations received after Friday 27 September 2013.
As an alternative to a cancellation, your registration may be transferred to another person on or before Friday 27 September 2013 without incurring any extra cost.
Non-payment or non-attendance will be taken as a cancellation on the day of the event and will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
International Conferences and Events (ICE) Pty Ltd reserves the right to deny entry and/or terminate the registration of any person who demonstrates behaviour that International Conferences and Events (ICE) Pty Ltd deems to be inappropriate and/or a risk to others.
Registrations received by International Conferences and Events (ICE) Pty Ltd will not be considered as confirmed unless payment has been received and processed by International Conferences and Events (ICE) Pty Ltd.
